Strength

Our dedicated strength classes focus on learning how to lift and then to lift heavy. 


Your strength sessions are programmed to be progressive so you can build your skills, learn new lifts and get stronger. Every session includes intentional upper body, lower body and core exercises. We vary the exercises so you can improve your strength over time. 


No guesswork, just smart effective training.

Circuit

4 stations. 7 minutes. 28 minutes of work. Surge, Spike, Sprint, Recover. 

Unleash your potential with our Circuit Class, where speed, power and intensity collide. Push your limits and experience the perfect balance of exertion and recovery. Improve your speed, sharpen your reaction time and master the art of acceleration. Embrace the challenge and improve your performance.

Tempo

36 minutes of work, the goal is simple: find your pace and lock in. 


Tempo training teaches your body to work efficiently for longer periods of time. To boost endurance, improve control and build your aerobic capacity. Expect smooth transitions, controlled intensity and a focus on rhythm over speed.

Run Club

Whether you're just starting out, coming back from a break or training for an upcoming event, FIT run club is for everyone. 


We leave from the studio every Friday at 6am and program something different each week so you can progress with your distance, speed and endurance. We break each session down for our beginners to confident runners so there is no one left behind. 

  • A fun 50min outdoor session
  • Focusing on improving endurance, distance and pace 
  • All levels of running experience welcome. 

Decompression

On the last Sunday of every month we run our speciality 'Decompression Session'. 

A session to focus on balance, rest, and recovery by guiding you through effective breathing, mobility, trigger point release and stretch.
