Our dedicated strength classes focus on learning how to lift and then to lift heavy.
Your strength sessions are programmed to be progressive so you can build your skills, learn new lifts and get stronger. Every session includes intentional upper body, lower body and core exercises. We vary the exercises so you can improve your strength over time.

36 minutes of work, the goal is simple: find your pace and lock in.
Tempo training teaches your body to work efficiently for longer periods of time. To boost endurance, improve control and build your aerobic capacity. Expect smooth transitions, controlled intensity and a focus on rhythm over speed.

Whether you're just starting out, coming back from a break or training for an upcoming event, FIT run club is for everyone.
We leave from the studio every Friday at 6am and program something different each week so you can progress with your distance, speed and endurance. We break each session down for our beginners to confident runners so there is no one left behind.
On the last Sunday of every month we run our speciality 'Decompression Session'.
A session to focus on balance, rest, and recovery by guiding you through effective breathing, mobility, trigger point release and stretch.
