Strength

Our strength classes follow a monthly program, with a different focus each month giving you the opportunity to work on perfecting your technique, progressing the weight and tracking your progress. Each 50 minute session we will focus on weight training, in a small group so that you feel comfortable and can work at your own capacity.

Circuit

Is our signature hybrid class. This 50-minute session combines strength, endurance and power for a total body workout.

  • stamina and endurance focus
  • weekly programs will change to keep you from getting bored
  • suitable for all fitness levels
  • great for cardio fitness and heart health
  • feel great with the rush of endorphins
  • a full body workout, focusing with a cardio and resistance hit.

Tempo

Our Tempo class is a 50 minute cardio focused session that will keep your heart rate elevated and challenge your endurance and capacity.

  • work on stamina and endurance
  • weekly focus will change from HIIT to Steady State
  • Suitable for all fitness level
  • great for cardio fitness and heart healthfeel great with the rush of endorphins

Just Go! Put aside any fear you might have of gyms, or your level of fitness, or feeling an 'outsider'. Such a welcoming atmosphere to train in - lovely ladies who support you, brilliant, thorough and fun trainers. I have never been so happy to be exercising!

Decompression

On the last Sunday of every month we run our speciality 'Decompression Session'

A 50 minute session teaching the importance of balance, rest, and recovery by guiding you through effective breathing, mobility, trigger point release and stretch.
