I started seeing Tegan many years ago, and continue to train with Tegan as I am thrilled with the results, surpassing what I wanted for my health.

Tegan’s sessions change every week, keeping you motivated and challenged, while working the whole body. As each session includes a mix of mobility, toning, strength, cardio, HIIT and stretch, you get a great workout for your mind and body.

The classes are small, so Tegan is able to ensure each person’s technique is correct, and training is individualised to cater for those recovering from injury, which means you can continue to train safely.

Personally, I can’t recommend Tegan highly enough. I have never felt or looked better!”

I’ve been seeing Tegan from fit Reflection for 5 years now and I absolutely love everything about it. As a  trainer, second  to none, not only focuses on your fitness but heath and wellbeing. The environment private and clean, the people, mad as hatters, but who doesn’t love a bit of a laugh before a workout. 

If I whack on a few kgs over school holidays I only have to look at her and think??? I’d better pull my finger out and stop eating crap!

Waking up at 5am is never a chore when I know it’s for a session with Tegan. It’s the favourite part of my day. I come out feeing shattered but amazing at the same time. So many members have been with her since the inception of her studio, like great real estate, the positions in her deliberately small classes are tightly held!
