Not All Women Are The Same
We understand that every woman trains better depending on their environment. Some need 1-on-1 personal training sessions for their own accountability; others prefer small group training sessions to take the pressure off.
Rest assured, at Fit Reflection, we offer these options and more to ensure that every woman gets the best out of their training, whilst feeling supported.
A 1-on-1 training session with Tegan in the privacy of the studio. Each program is designed to suit each individual, and targets the key areas required for your specific needs. Whether training for a specific goal, or needing to have the accountability to ensure you follow the program, I will provide the right personal training approach to suit you.
Our Group Training sessions are designed so that each attendee receives the benefits of a personal training session within a group dynamic. Maximum 6 women per class.
There are two types of group training classes:
- Total Body
A combination of mobility, strength and cardio drills for a complete, total body workout.
- Strength & Shape
Learn how to lift weights safely and effectively for improved muscle definition and strength.
4 Week Challenge
If you are in need of a nutrition overhaul, then this is for you. Our 4 Week Nutrition Reset Challenge is achievable and easy to follow. The Challenge is held several times throughout the year, and is a great opportunity to get your nutrition back on track with the support of our Fit Reflection Community.
